Lead the README with Power/Control/Tuning/Desktop. Keep paru and install.sh. Atomic conf writes and time-capped helpers; prefer /usr/bin then PATH; no z13ctl digest so KDE/Cachy ~/.local still works. Packagers must ship z13_power_io.py. Also unify Settings/tray/CLI onto one runtime prefix so lottery survives reboot.

Unify Settings, tray, and CLI onto one runtime prefix dce1a7eb10

Launch z13-power-settings from the directory that actually holds
z13_power_common.py (packaged /usr/share when the CLI is the /usr/bin
symlink). install.sh copies the whole runtime into a packaged prefix
or leaves it alone — never only the CLI. That split is why lottery
vanished after reboot: the flyout opened /usr/share Settings from
August while the tray ran ~/.local.

install.sh: verify with z13-power status, not ~/.local e6aaabbf2a

PATH prefers /usr/bin after a packaged install. Point the done-text
at the same binary Settings and the tray now use.

Quiet when the GZ302 is a tablet 35e5ee4126

Asus WMI SW_TABLET_MODE or a missing dock keyboard (0b05:1a30) latches
Quiet. Keyboard back or hinge laptop returns Automatic. A manual pick
while it is a tablet sticks until the dock returns. tablet_quiet=false
turns it off. ioctl-only so the compositor still gets rotation.

Do not Quiet when the tablet is driving a TV ad37c5c1c1

Keyboard-off plus HDMI/USB-C is a living-room dock and keeps current
power. Quiet only latches for handheld posture (no external display).

Replace Max with Custom 5–93 W TDP slider 2da2e47db8

Custom is a stored watt cap (default 75). Above 75 W uses --force.
z13-power max still means 93. Overlay has Custom, no slider. Tweaks
undervolt is preserved next to custom_tdp.
